Qualifications & Required Experience
- Valid Colorado Special Education teaching license (CO SPED license required)
- Previous experience working with K-8 students with diverse learning needs preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct instruction and support to students with a range of exceptionalities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports for caseload students
- Foster productive relationships with families and caregivers to support student success
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
