An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment on a part-time contract basis. Key Qualifications:

  • Valid New Jersey School Psychologist license required
  • Previous experience working with school-age children (K-12 setting preferred)
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Flexibility in scheduling 20 hours over 2-3 days per week

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student assessments, testing, and evaluations to identify learning, behavioral, or emotional needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop tailored intervention plans
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support services for students
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and educational planning
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
  • Participate in school panel interviews and fulfill all onboarding requirements, including fingerprint clearance
