What You’ll Bring:

• Holds a valid Autism (AU) Certification
• Possesses one of the following: Multi-Categorical K-6, Multi-Categorical 5-12, or Autism state licensure
• Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with fellow educators and families
• Full-time availability for the entire academic year

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized instruction tailored to students’ unique needs
• Ensure compliance with IEPs, documenting progress and meeting outlined goals
• Collaborate effectively with general education staff, related service providers, and families
• Utilize evidence-based strategies tailored to students with autism and other disabilities
• Manage classroom routines, behavior plans, and a supportive learning atmosphere
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development throughout the year
