Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience working in educational settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, intervention, and therapy to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to support each student’s unique communication needs
- Stay up to date with best practices and maintain compliance with school procedures and professional standards
