This contract opportunity offers a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an optional Monday meeting (4:00–5:00 PM) for an additional paid hour.

Qualifications:
- Active Michigan Special Education teaching license preferred; those in the process of obtaining will also be considered
- Prior experience with high school-aged students is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for partnering with general education staff and families
Responsibilities:
- Serve as IEP caseload manager for a group of high school students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and reevaluations
- Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to each student's unique needs
- Foster positive relationships and maintain open communication with educators and parents
