You'll be providing targeted Special Education support through three 1-hour sessions per week, focusing on direct, meaningful impact with an immunocompromised student. If you’re fully vaccinated and invested in making a difference, this is the role for you!
Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Previous experience supporting students with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to protect immunocompromised students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct three individualized 1-hour teaching sessions weekly
- Develop and implement effective educational strategies tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and collaborate with staff as needed
- Communicate regularly with families and team members to ensure continuity of care
