Special Education Teacher Job Description:
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and abilities.
• Provide differentiated instruction and support to students with diverse learning styles and abilities, including those with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with parents, fellow teachers, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Utilize specialized teaching techniques, assistive technologies, and adaptive materials to accommodate students' learning requirements and facilitate their progress towards educational goals.
• Caseload details:
)81; Openings: 1 Elementary - Elementary SDC - Class size is 9-10 students. The caseload CAP for this class is 14. Anticipated 9-10 IEPs over the year, first annual IEP mid-September
Pay & Benefits:
