School-Based Physical Therapist - Brenham, TX

What We’re Looking For:

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
• Experience in school settings and/or with high-needs students preferred
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with school staff and families
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability
• Commitment to professional best practices and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized PT services to one student as outlined in the individualized education program (IEP)
• Assess the physical and functional abilities of the student and design tailored therapeutic interventions
• Track and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure student growth
• Consult and coordinate with educators, families, and other specialists to support holistic student success
• Maintain thorough and compliant records according to school and state regulations

Position Details and Benefits:

• Start as soon as possible and continue through May 21, 2027
• Engage in focused, one-on-one therapy sessions for 30 minutes each week, one day per week
