Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Ohio certificate/license for Education of the Handicapped K-12 or Intervention Specialist K-12 (Moderate/Intensive or Mild/Moderate)
  • Skilled in working within resource rooms, small group, and inclusion settings
  • Experience supporting students with multiple disabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with staff members in diverse settings
  • Proficiency in accessing and writing IEPs
  • Prior experience with kindergarten students is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized instruction and support to kindergarten students in special education programs
  • Adapt and implement IEP goals to meet student needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other service professionals
