Exciting opportunities await for experienced Occupational Therapists to bring their expertise to a supportive on-site school environment in the Claremont area. Two contract OT positions are available, each offering up to 20 hours per month, focused on providing professional clinical supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants working in the district’s schools.
You’ll play a pivotal role in facilitating service excellence by ensuring compliance, supervising up to two COTAs per OT, and collaborating with school staff for optimal service delivery. Qualifications & Experience
- Active Occupational Therapist license (New Hampshire) is required
- Demonstrated experience in supervising COTAs within schools
- Strong understanding of school-based OT practices
- Expertise in maintaining thorough and timely supervision documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site supervision for assigned COTAs (approximately 7 hours per COTA each month)
- Complete all necessary documentation and administrative duties related to OT supervision
- Engage with school staff and COTAs to support compliance and high-quality occupational therapy delivery
- Maintain consistent presence within district public schools to ensure effective oversight
