Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license and certification.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assessments and interventions for students, focusing on maximizing mobility and participation within the school environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic student care.
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and updates in accordance with school protocols.
• Offer guidance and training to school personnel and families on student mobility and adaptive strategies, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
