Qualifications:
- Current national certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable providing therapy both individually and in group settings
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to support students' goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain thorough documentation
- Offer guidance and education to families and caregivers regarding therapy progress
- Attend professional development sessions and stay current on best practices
