Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Ohio Special Education Teaching Certification
- Experience in K-12 special education classroom settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt lessons to meet diverse learner needs
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student requirements
- Provide direct instruction, support, and accommodations to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and success
Work Details:
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Serve students across K-12 grade levels
