Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Special Education Teacher meeting all Vermont state requirements
- Previous experience in K-8 special education preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must be able to work in-person (remote/virtual work not available for these positions)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction and provide support-coaching for students with diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and school district guidelines
- Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and faculty to drive student success
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hrs/week, onsite at designated middle or elementary school
