While licensed Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply, COTAs will also be considered if supervision can be provided—making this an excellent fit for both experienced professionals and those newer to the field.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to craft and implement individualized therapy plans
- Candidates comfortable working part time (8 hours per week) or pairing with an additional 12-hour opening
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and address students’ fine motor and functional needs within their learning environments
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff for comprehensive student support
- Develop and execute customized intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment sessions
- Attend consultations and IEP meetings as needed
