Job Description
Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives while advancing your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a dynamic school-based setting. Work with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to deliver essential speech and language services to K-12 students across 1-4 school sites. This is a full-time, contract opportunity, spanning the academic year from August 6, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- Experience supporting K-12 students, including diverse backgrounds and communication needs
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Collaborative mindset, able to partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Principal Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy in accordance with each student’s IEP
- Develop, implement, and monitor therapy plans and measurable goals
- Document student progress, maintain compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Educate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support communication development in the classroom
- Serve as a resource for speech and language strategies within the school community
