Step into a dynamic role focused on early intervention, supporting young learners and collaborating with a dedicated evaluation team in an engaging itinerant setting. This full-time contract opportunity offers 40 hours per week starting August 2026 for the 2026-27 school year. Work closely with families and educational professionals to make a lasting impact as part of a highly supportive early intervention (EI) program.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Oregon license (or eligibility/in-process) as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience or interest in early childhood caseloads and early intervention programs
  • Strong collaboration skills to work alongside an EI team and evaluation groups
  • Excellent organizational abilities for managing itinerant responsibilities across sites
  • Commitment to fostering positive relationships with young children and their families

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication services to early childhood students across the itinerant EI program
  • Conduct assessments, interpret results, and participate actively in the evaluation team process
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with other education professionals and family members
  • Travel between designated locations as part of the itinerant service model
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress effectively with families and colleagues
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and EI team trainings for continuous growth
