What’s needed for success:

• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based speech-language pathology
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• State licensure (or eligibility) as required

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing direct speech-language therapy to PreK-12 students in accordance with established IEPs
• Conducting assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations to determine student needs
• Developing treatment plans and goals to foster student growth in communication skills
