School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Williston, South Carolina

Make a meaningful impact by supporting early learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a part-time contract basis. This role focuses on working with a caseload of 16 students ranging from 3K to 3rd grade, allowing for individualized attention and the opportunity to observe real growth. Your schedule will consist of two days per week, ideally Mondays and Wednesdays, offering the flexibility to balance your commitments while making a difference in students’ lives.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current, active CCC-SLP certification
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience delivering services in a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services for a caseload of 16 young learners
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
• Develop and implement strategies that support communication goals within the classroom environment
• Partner with teachers and parents to provide education, resources, and support for each student’s unique needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
