Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active or eligible for Florida state SLP license
- CCC-SLP credential highly preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Experience or strong interest in school-based practice, servicing diverse student populations
- Ability to organize and serve a caseload across multiple sites
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in alignment with educational standards
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and administrators to foster student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress and required reporting
- Engage with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills beyond the school setting
- Travel weekly between two school locations: three days at a high school, two days at an alternate site
