Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active or eligible for Florida state SLP license
• CCC-SLP credential highly preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
• Experience or strong interest in school-based practice, servicing diverse student populations
• Ability to organize and serve a caseload across multiple sites
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in alignment with educational standards
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and administrators to foster student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress and required reporting
• Engage with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills beyond the school setting
• Travel weekly between two school locations: three days at a high school, two days at an alternate site
