Key Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in New Mexico
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students aged PreK–12
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with families, educators, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct screenings, re-evaluations, and ongoing assessments to track progress
• Develop individualized goals and document measurable outcomes
• Educate and consult with teachers, families, and other school staff regarding student needs and progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and team discussions
• Maintain clear and compliant documentation in line with state and school policies
