Required Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- IVP fingerprint clearance card (current and valid)
- Experience in school-based OT services, especially within virtual or blended environments, is highly valued
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and staff
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfort with technology and online learning platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in a virtual classroom setting
- Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and special education teams to enhance student participation and success
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and monitor student progress through digital platforms
- Maintain detailed and confidential records that adhere to federal, state, and district requirements
