Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations (preferred)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for improving student outcomes
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary school students in one school location
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports for assigned caseload
- Attend meetings and contribute to educational planning as a key team member
- Use evidence-based therapy approaches to facilitate student growth and participation
