Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations (preferred)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for improving student outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary school students in one school location
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports for assigned caseload
  • Attend meetings and contribute to educational planning as a key team member
  • Use evidence-based therapy approaches to facilitate student growth and participation
