Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a current Speech Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school settings preferred, with the ability to provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student body
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient in maintaining records, progress notes, and reporting requirements
- Self-motivated and comfortable with both onsite and remote work
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and family members to facilitate student success and communicate progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school guidelines and applicable legal standards
- Utilize technology and resources for remote service delivery as needed
