Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio Special Education Teaching Certification
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction to K-12 students with a variety of learning needs
• Create, monitor, and evaluate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, aides, therapists, and families
• Track progress, document data, and report on student growth
• Apply evidence-based interventions and positive behavior supports
• Adapt curriculum and learning materials for accessibility and effectiveness
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful classroom environment
