Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with appropriate credentials
  • If applying as a COTA, supervision must be available or arranged
  • Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services tailored to student needs within a school environment
  • Collaborate with educators and other staff to develop and implement therapy strategies
  • Document progress, update treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Travel between school locations if pairing with additional hours
