Facilities Coordinator & EHS Specialist

Robert Half is working with a great client in the Groton area seeking a Facilities Coordinator, with Environmental Health & Safety experience. This is a permanent role that is open due to business growth, reporting into a great Facilities Manager. Our client is looking for a facilities professional with at least 1 year of professional experience, and prior EH& S experience is required.

Our client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator who can be a "utility player." Strong technical skills are needed as it relates to understanding building systems (i.e. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Good interpersonal skills are required too.

For the right experience our client is looking to pay a starting salary up to $35/hour. There is overtime potential, and strong benefits.

• At least 1 year of experience in facilities, compliance, or a related operational support role.
• Prior experience in environmental health and safety within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and other facility infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret and apply safety guidelines, compliance procedures, and workplace standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Organized approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office and technical systems used for documentation, coordination, and reporting.
