Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting pediatric students! This unique opportunity involves providing Speech-Language Pathology services in a home-based setting for a student requiring two 45-minute sessions each week. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Proven experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
  • Comprehensive understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and record-keeping skills
  • Up-to-date vaccination status required due to student’s immunocompromised condition
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based educational environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct two weekly 45-minute, in-home therapy sessions focused on individualized, evidence-based speech and language interventions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of the student
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress, and session outcomes
  • Collaborate with guardians and school staff to coordinate care and ensure goal alignment
  • Educate and empower family members to support the student’s progress in daily routines
