Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin (or eligibility)
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-based OT preferred
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to collaborate as part of an educational team
• Commitment to promoting student success and independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students according to individual education plans (IEPs)
• Assess students’ functional abilities and create targeted intervention plans
• Document progress, complete evaluations, and maintain accurate, thorough records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-making
• Educate and support classroom staff in implementing accommodations and strategies
• Stay current on best practices for school-based OT service delivery
