Key Qualifications:

• Valid CTC Mild/Moderate Special Education Certification (Required)
• Prior experience supporting elementary students with behavioral needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education and behavior intervention plans

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction aligned to IEP goals
• Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and communicate growth or concerns with families and team members
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and planning
