Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license for Washington State
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
  • Experience providing speech and language services in educational settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to develop and follow individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and deliver therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in compliance with educational standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
