Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for Washington State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Experience providing speech and language services in educational settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to develop and follow individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and deliver therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in compliance with educational standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Provide resources and support to educators and guardians
