Ready to take ownership of the accounting function? We’re looking for a Controller to lead core financial operations while playing a key role in cash management, compliance, and supporting the broader organization. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who brings strong technical accounting expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who can strengthen processes, support the team, and partner across the business to keep financial operations running smoothly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• At least five years of accounting experience in a hands-on finance role.
• Demonstrated experience with month-end close, general ledger activity, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet account analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Sound problem-solving ability and comfort interpreting instructions provided in written, verbal, or scheduled formats.
• Experience with Epicor, Avalara, or Concur is considered an advantage.
