Make an immediate impact supporting K-12 students as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant on a full-time contract assignment. This school-based opportunity offers a dynamic, itinerant schedule—work across multiple educational sites, providing vital services where they're needed most. Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or open to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) with active state credentials
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to adapt services for students across K-12 age groups
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with travel between sites
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educational staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• For PTs: conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to establish therapy plans, participate in case management, and continuously monitor student progress
• For PTAs: provide direct therapy services under the supervision and guidance of a licensed PT
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team—including educators, administrators, and families—to develop strategies that maximize student potential
• Document services and student progress in compliance with school and district policies
• Support students across multiple campuses, adjusting to diverse learning environments
