You’ll take on vital responsibilities as a Special Education Teacher, managing a Setting 4 caseload—the highest needs environment, serving students from elementary through high school with significant behavioral and developmental disabilities.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Proven experience in working with students with severe behavioral or developmental needs
• Strong ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Dedicated, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured, individualized classroom instruction to students on a Setting 4 caseload
• Partner with school staff, support personnel, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Create an inclusive, adaptive classroom environment that supports student growth
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in ongoing professional development
