This opportunity offers the flexibility to work 32 hours per week and is open to both Clinical Fellows and experienced SLPs with their CCC.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Colorado licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • CFY candidates and CCC-SLPs are equally encouraged to apply
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in school-based settings
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop individualized therapy plans and adapt approaches for diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions within the school environment
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and progress tracking
  • Partner with families, teachers, and support staff to facilitate students’ communication success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives as needed
