Support students’ academic and emotional development in a dynamic, contract-based role designed for skilled professionals passionate about making a difference. The position engages with school environments, collaborating with educators and families to ensure every student receives the guidance and interventions they need to thrive.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • State-issued license or credential for School Psychologist or School Counselor
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a school setting delivering psychological or counseling services
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
  • Expertise in crisis intervention, consultation, and the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments as needed
  • Offer individual and small group counseling to support students’ social-emotional wellbeing
  • Collaborate with educators and parents on interventions, accommodations, and strategies supporting student progress
  • Contribute to problem-solving and intervention teams while developing and monitoring effective plans
  • Facilitate social skills groups and mental health initiatives campus-wide
  • Maintain thorough and organized documentation according to established policies
