Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Demonstrated experience working in school-based and pediatric settings
• Proven knowledge and ability to bill Medicaid for speech-language services
• Skilled in supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for partnering with educators, parents, and support staff
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments, evaluations, and screenings for students as needed
• Develop evidence-based IEP goals and deliver targeted speech-language therapy (individual and group)
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, ensuring compliance with legal and clinical standards
• Accurately document all services and maintain Medicaid billing records
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on interventions and accommodations
