Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite position invites you to make a difference, working with a diverse caseload of approximately 45–60 students. Your expertise will help students unlock their communication potential, contributing to both their educational progress and personal growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure by the start date).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though CFY candidates may be considered.
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings is a strong asset.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, targeting communication, language, and speech sound disorders.
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs using standardized assessment tools.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student support initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date therapy documentation and progress notes.
