Desired Qualifications:

• Credentialed and licensed as a School Psychologist or Counselor
• Previous experience working in school settings with diverse student populations
• Strong communication skills—for both group and individual settings
• Ability to conduct assessments, interpret data, and develop effective interventions
• Proficiency in crisis intervention, consultation, and supporting students with IEPs/504 plans
• Collaborative approach and a passion for creating safe, supportive learning environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student interventions
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student needs
• Provide counseling services to students individually and in small groups
• Assist with behavioral assessments and create positive behavior support plans
• Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Special Education processes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
