If you're ready to bring your skills to a dedicated team working near Avondale and Buckeye, this opportunity runs ASAP through May 20, 2027, providing stability and purpose.
You'll guide a caseload of 25-30 students, ensuring individualized care and engaging instruction during student hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. As a vital resource for young learners, you'll collaborate with classmates, families, and support staff to create meaningful outcomes and positive experiences.
What You'll Bring:
- Current Special Education Teaching license in hand
- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Recent experience supporting K-3 learners, preferably in a resource or SPED classroom
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues
- Passion for fostering growth, independence, and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and support to K-3 students with diverse learning needs
- Develop, update, and execute IEPs in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Track student progress, adjust instructional strategies, and maintain compliance documentation
