Speech Language Pathologist in Concord, CA

Make a direct impact supporting students from preschool through post-secondary levels in a dynamic school environment. This contract position is available immediately through the end of the school year, offering the opportunity to work onsite with a diverse caseload and collaborate with dedicated educational professionals. Some specific caseload details will be determined upon placement. You’ll bring your expertise to help students achieve their fullest communication potential in an engaging and supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid CTC credential
• Active state licensure
• Experience with school-based speech therapy (CFY and CCC-SLP candidates welcome)
• Familiarity with both traditional and teletherapy delivery (though this role is exclusively onsite)
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across PK – post-secondary
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and document student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver therapy sessions individually or in groups, adapting interventions to student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for student plans
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district policies and procedures

This full-time opportunity provides approximately 37.5 hours per week in a collaborative and resource-rich environment.
