Sales Support

A well-established, family-owned service organization is seeking an Inside Sales / Account Coordinator to support customers, follow up on quotes, and help drive existing business opportunities through the sales process. Responsibilities:

• Follow up on customer quotes and proposals
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, orders, and service requests
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and order fulfillment
• Track opportunities and support the sales process from inquiry through completion
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and confidently interact with customers
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, account coordination, sales support, or counter sales
• Experience in HVAC, industrial distribution, auto parts, construction supply, electrical/plumbing supply, manufacturing, or similar industries is highly preferred
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
