Job Description

This full-time opportunity (with flexibility for part-time availability) involves working with approximately 60 students, offering support across regular education, learning support, and life skills programs.
Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) or SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant); SLP-CCC appreciated
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Will consider candidates open to emergency certification
- Ability to work collaboratively with general and special education teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of about 60 students
- Develop and implement IEPs, track progress, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student success
- Adapt materials and approaches to address individual student needs across all identified programs
- Participate in meetings, assessments, and ongoing professional development activities
- Foster an inclusive learning environment for students from multiple backgrounds and support levels
