School Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Paul, MN

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Minnesota SLP licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants are welcome
• Previous experience delivering school-based or teletherapy SLP services strongly valued
• Solid understanding of IEP development, documentation, and progress tracking
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services in-person and/or via teletherapy
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Stay current with best practices for school-based speech-language therapy
