Job Description

This full-time contract role offers a balanced assignment with a .6 allocation at the high school level and .4 at a secondary education center, serving a caseload of approximately 55 students. You'll collaborate with educational teams and leverage your expertise to help students thrive through comprehensive speech and language interventions.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Minnesota SLP licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants are welcome
- Previous experience delivering school-based or teletherapy SLP services strongly valued
- Solid understanding of IEP development, documentation, and progress tracking
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services in-person and/or via teletherapy
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Stay current with best practices for school-based speech-language therapy
