Qualifications:

• Valid and current Physical Therapist (PT) certification and credentials
• Experience or interest in school-based practice serving K-12 students
• Ability to provide evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee supervision of a PTA
• Organization and communication skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students referred for physical therapy services
• Develop, implement, and adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
• Supervise and collaborate with a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) as part of student programming
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

This contract role starts as soon as possible and continues until May 21, 2027. You’ll work 20 hours per week, spread over 2.5 days, offering the flexibility to balance professional and personal priorities. Competitive pay ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, with weekly direct deposits for your convenience.
