What we’re looking for:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state requirements apply)
- Experience working in a resource room or with elementary caseloads is highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and instructional staff
- Demonstrates flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and initiative
