Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP for school-based services
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though CFs will be considered
• Experience (or strong interest) working in a school environment
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEPs, assessments, and evidence-based therapy approaches

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using appropriate tools and protocols
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in the IEP process, including meetings and goal development
