Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Recent clinical experience in school settings, with strong understanding of IEP processes
- Ability to develop rapport with K-12 students, educators, and families
- Proficient in screening, evaluation, and development of treatment plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to support student development
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation to track progress and meet compliance standards
- Provide consultative support to classroom staff for language and communication accommodations
- Support a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students
