Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs preferred; CFY applicants also encouraged
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting advantageous
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to formulate and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Offer direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations as required
- Develop and review IEP goals in collaboration with special education teams
- Track student progress; maintain timely records and documentation
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions both in-person and via teletherapy platforms as needed
- Communicate with parents, caregivers, and teachers regarding student development
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional learning
