We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work full-time for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team and help nurture students’ communication skills so they can thrive both in and outside the classroom.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or eligibility to obtain state licensure
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with both individual and group therapy sessions
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability within a school environment
What You'll Do:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and supportive interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists
- Document progress and maintain accurate records per school and district guidelines
- Consult and train teachers for in-class strategies
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help develop student goals
- Stay current with evidence-based practices in school SLP services
