School Speech Language Pathologist - Udall, Kansas

We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work full-time for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team and help nurture students’ communication skills so they can thrive both in and outside the classroom.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility to obtain state licensure
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with both individual and group therapy sessions
• Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability within a school environment

What You'll Do:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and supportive interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists
• Document progress and maintain accurate records per school and district guidelines
• Consult and train teachers for in-class strategies
• Contribute to IEP meetings and help develop student goals
• Stay current with evidence-based practices in school SLP services
